Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your Flatforge miniatures. If you need to return an item, please read our policy below:

Eligibility: You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable distance selling regulations. To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, still attached to their sprues, and in the same condition as supplied. All packaging must be intact and undamaged.

How to Return: Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. We will provide instructions for returning your item. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us clear photos of the issue before sending anything back. We will assess and advise on the next steps, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Items returned that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

UK Orders We aim to dispatch your order on the next working day, so your miniatures can embark on their journey without delay. Every set is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with delivery typically taking just two working days from dispatch. As soon as your party sets out, you will receive a tracking number to follow their quest right to your door.

International Orders Adventurers overseas can expect the same swift dispatch, with fast and reliable tracked shipping wherever your campaign may be. Delivery times may vary by destination, but we work to ensure your heroes reach you as quickly as possible. Tracking details will be provided as soon as your order ships.
